THE BLANKET DRIVE IS HERE AGAIN!!!
UMW BLANKET DRIVE…The Blanket Drive is here again. We will be collecting money for the Blanket Drive during September and October. The Mission Can collection for the month of October will go to this fund and we will also have a display set up in the vestibule where you can make a contribution during September and October. This is the mission project where
$5.00 will buy a blanket for those less fortunate than we. These blankets are sent to disaster areas, third world countries or wherever needed. During cold winter nights when we have a nice warm bed to sleep in, some people might only have a blanket to make a shelter or sleep on the ground. Your help is really appreciated.
The OCTOBER MISSION CAN MONIES WILL GO TO THE BLANKET DRIVE.
