Our
Sunday Services:
8:00 AM ~ Early Worship
9:00 AM ~ Sunday School
10:15 AM ~ Late Worship |
Whether
you are a regular participant in worship services or new to the worship
experience, the weekly services here at Trinity United Methodist Church in
Walnut Bottom, Pennsylvania are a great opportunity to join church friends and
family in praising God. Parents, remember that childcare is provided at
all of our services!
The
early service, starting at 8:00 AM every Sunday, is traditionally a quieter,
more peaceful worship experience. There are always hymns and responsive readings, topped off by the weekly sermon.

Make
sure you stay for Sunday school at 9:00AM. We have an absolutely
energizing children's department here at Trinity. Children meet
in age-grouped classes for lessons, crafts, and other fun activities, then meet
as a group later in order to celebrate birthdays, have devotions, and practice
their choir songs. Parents: The children's choir usually sings the third Sunday of each month pending special events or services
during the 10:15 AM service...Their shining faces and loud voices
can't be missed! Of course, there is also a junior high class and senior
high class. We have 4 (yes, four!) adult Sunday school classrooms.
The classes have distinct themes, ranging from contemporary Christian issues to
traditional Bible study topics.
As
the Sunday school classes dismiss, make your way into the sanctuary for the
10:15 AM service. The structure of this later service is similar to the
early worship, except a bit livelier. Contemporary songs of praise and
traditional hymns combine to offer a diverse way of singing praises to the Lord,
allowing everyone to enjoy the service.
We
welcome visitors to any of our services!
There are visitor's cards located in the
pews, so feel free to fill one out and drop it in the offering plate. We
hope you feel God's presence and love with us as we worship together. If
you are searching for a church home, please share with us in the life of our
congregation.
Assisted
listening devices for the hearing impaired are always available at the
sound desk at the rear of the sanctuary. Just stop and see the sound
technician to hear the difference!
